01Do I need to be a fit or experienced cyclist?+
No. The e-bike does the heavy lifting and we match the pace to the group. If you're comfortable on a bicycle for a few hours, with plenty of stops, you'll be fine on any of our routes.
02What's the difference between guided and self-guided?+
Guided means a guide leads a small group, sets the pace and picks the stops. Self-guided means you rent a premium e-bike and follow our route yourself, with a GPX file, written notes and a support number. Every tour is available both ways.
03What's included?+
A premium e-bike, helmet, route guidance and local support are always included. Each route clearly lists any train tickets, meals or accommodation before you confirm, no surprises.
04How does booking work?+
For our first season, every booking is handled personally. Send your preferred dates and group size; we confirm bike availability and shape the best route for your stay. There's no online payment yet, we confirm first.
